SHIPPING & ORDERING

For the time being, I am only shipping to the US & Canada. International customers may check out through my Etsy storefront.

Orders containing only stickers are mailed via USPS untracked first-class mail. An upgrade for tracking can be purchased here.

If you need a different name written on the outside envelope or included note, please let me know! I am happy to accomodate!

When will my order ship? Processing times are normally 1-3 business days! You will get an email when your order has been shipped.

I entered the wrong address! Can you fix it? Please contact me at [email protected] as soon as possible to correct address errors! Once the shipping notification has been sent to you, it is too late to correct an address. Please double check your information before placing an order! I am not responsible for issues resulting from an incorrect address.

An item is missing/you sent me the wrong item? Please message me! I do my best to get orders right the first time, but mistakes happen! If a wrong item was sent, please send me a photo if possible. I am always happy to correct my own errors.

Do you accept returns or refunds? I cannot accept returns in the vast majority of cases. If you feel there is an extenuating circumstance or there is a problem with your order, please contact me and we can try to find a solution!

My order hasn't arrived-- where is it? I do my best to pack and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to show up before reaching out about missing mail. 

Domestic mail can take up to several weeks to arrive, even if it's sent out quickly and the address provided is correct. After your order has left my hands, delays are on USPS's side and are out of my control.

Causes for delay could include: mail getting lost at a sorting facility, mail being incorrectly routed by USPS, seasonal causes, label or address damaged in transit, error with address provided to me by customer.

I am unable to replace every order that gets lost but please reach out if there is a problem and we can do some detective work and find an agreeable resolution. If you're concerned about your order arriving, I strongly recommend upgrading to tracked mail!

How are your stickers made?

The majority of my stickers are produced by StickerApp or other comparable online sticker manufacturers. They are professionally printed, with glossy stickers being UV coated and weatherproof up to 2-4 years.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes! All my stickers are waterproof and will hold up in the dishwasher! Glossy stickers are appropriate for indoor or outdoor use, as they are UV-protected.
